The effects of removing tipping could have benefits in the short term but drawbacks in the long term. In the short term, they'll be paid a regular wage but tipping culture will still exist. This would incentivize waiters and waitresses to actually improve their customer service in hopes of getting tips on top of the regular salary. But in the long term as tipping culture wanes, the incentive for that service would die down. Or, if businesses prevent their waiters and waitresses from accepting tips (or just have those tips go towards business expenses) then removing tipping will probably have a negative effect from the start.

Tipping culture can end when restaurant staff can be assured of good pay for their time. They have to deal with all types of people and all types of attitudes. They certainly need to be paid more than fast food workers do. I'm not hating on fast food either. It's just that being a server is harder.

It breaks down along really simple lines. Global warming is one of the largest psy-op lies out there, and the craziest part is that it's been going on for 50 years. We are in an extremely calm and temperate time period, and we have been for the last 5000-ish years, which is our entire known history (lmao, says the official narrative). Also, nearly all data taken by the government agencies and university departments is clouded with their cult-like belief of global warming. The world is a much darker and demonic place with unspeakable levels of depravity being done every second of every day, that the average person scoffs at as being impossible and that conspiracy theories are for bad people. Only people who should not be talked to believe in things like that. Obviously, then the government tells us the truth, and the media tells us the truth. Obviously, we went into Iraq because...well, I'm no general, so I don't know, but it must be for a good reason, Saddam had nukes or something, right? It absolutely cannot be for purely financial and other demonic reasons...that's a conspiracy theory.
